What does the Bible say about "LOVE" among youngsters, which is spreading as a plague?
What does the Bible say about herpes?
I just found out that my husband committed adultery. It has been going on for at least 6 months and we have only been married for 7 months.
What is God telling us (in the following verses), beyond the obvious? Both cities where these events took place were totally destroyed. Did God provide the detailed description of these people's sinful behavior so that we could conclude that EVERY city state in Canaan was guilty of this identical crime and MUST be totally destroyed?
Genesis chapter 42: What plans for his brother's good did Joseph have when he called his brothers spies?
The following questions have been grouped together-What does the Bible say about living together and sleeping together before marriage?
Is it okay to have sex with my husband when I am having my periods?
These two questions came at different times, but I believe they could be related. 1. If a husband is into drunkenness , he steals from his wife and their children, he has been verbally and physically abusive, and he has had extra martial affairs, is she wrong for divorcing him (paraphrased)?
Is it alright for two Christians to live together without being married? My sister's boyfriend's brother, who is a Christian, lives with his girlfriend. I don't know if there is any sexual activity going on, but I think this is influencing my sister to consider doing the same. She feels that there is nothing wrong with spending the night at her boyfriend's house or having him spend the night at our house. How does God feel about this? Is it living in sin?
I have a five year old daughter who was born outside wedlock. I have been raising her on my own and with the help of my parents from birth. Her father lives in another country, and father and daughter are still yet to meet each other. But, we are still very much in contact.
I am a Christian teenager. I've believed that Jesus is my Savior with all my heart for my entire life. But there has been something bothering me for a while now. I go to a Christian school and I've found a girl I like very much, and I just went on my first date with her. But when I think about the future I worry about if I'll fall into sexual immorality.
Is it ok for me to spend the night with my boyfriend on the weekends? It's not about sex, it's just about being near each other, since we don't have a lot of time to give each other during the week, since we both work full time.
A prostitute sent this letter to us some time ago, but I feel it could be used now to help others, who are caught in the same trap as this individual. The name and location of this woman will not be given so as to protect her identity. Let me assure you, though, that she is a real person.
Our friends are allowing their son and his girlfriend to live together in their house without being married. How are we to approach the subject and show them that it's inappropriate for the kids to live together?
This is embarrassing, but I can't get knowledge if this act of oral sex is considered immoral within the marriage. If two consenting adults, I was told, then it would be all right. What if one does not consent-namely the wife who is supposed to be submissive to her husband. Please help me!
Hello Gary and Marlene, I thank you for your response and prayers. I have some good news, but I did want to answer your question first. I did live with my husband during our engagement for about a year before we were married. We dated about 2 years, were engaged, and will be married 2 years in the beginning of September. Regardless, I had confessed and repented of the sin of living together shortly after we married.
My 26 year old Christian son has just told us through an e-mail that he is going to get married . He just met this girl 3 months ago. He has always wanted to be married and have lots of children. All of his friends are encouraging this marriage. He is a fine Christian.
What does the Bible say about not having sex, but living together before marriage?I was reading the entries on sleeping together but not having sex and I am sad because it is true. I did not get burnt completely, but I sort of did. We sort of did, and now I feel very bad. I don't know how to go past this. I am truly ashamed, and I said those words, I have self-control. I am still a virgin, but I am scared to think of how far we let things go. I have asked God for forgiveness , but how can I forgive myself ?
What does the Bible say about "sleeping together." I don't mean sex. I mean 2 people snoozing in the same bed and waking up together. I have a few friends that don't have sex but believe that it's okay to sleep in the same bed. What scriptures can I use to prove to them that this is a sin?
My husband has had Hep-C for 8 yrs. I don't know where to start except we are numb and confused-
I was once a prostitute, I have been delivered by Jesus...
So is kissing wrong and 'foreplay?' Where do you draw the line?
I am a Christian woman, living with a non-Christian man. Living together bothers me and I know it is a sin. I love him and want to marry him, but is it wrong when he is a non-Christian?
If you have committed adultery and confessed your sin do you have to tell your spouse?
I have been in sooo many adulterous relationships...that I do not even know if I can remember all of them. I have prayed to God for forgiveness and I realize that I need to do the same for my ex spouse.
This last couple weeks I had been trying to be faithful to Him and follow what He wants me to do and not to intentionally sin, but it sometimes seems hard to do. Any ways this was my first bi-sexual experience and I don't think I want to do it again. Do you think God can still forgive me even after I intentionally disobeyed Him knowing what I did was wrong?
I am a Christian. I had a 3 year relationship with a 52 year old which started when I was 15.
