(TRUNEWS) The standoff at Malheur National Wildlife Refuge has continued today in Oregon, as ranchers protest against the U.S. government.

The group has vowed to “restore and defend the Constitution”, protect the rights of ranchers,  and start a national debate about land rights.  The protest began Saturday. https://www.trunews.com/ranchers-in-st…feds-in-oregon/

Now the Harney County Sheriff is demanding the group leave.  He issued a statement of behalf of himself and County Judge Steven Grastly.

The FBI claims it is working with state and local law enforcement to resolve the issue peacefully.

But one writer from Soldier of Fortune Magazine claims his government sources revealed drones were deployed to the region.  His blog was removed soon afterward.

It has also been reported by The Oregonian that uranium is located in Harney County.
