Obama, Clinton, et al. blamed for anti-police violence

Milwaukee riot pic twoA Dallas police officer and a former federal prosecutor are suing the people they believe are responsible for the racial tensions that have led to the deaths of multiple police officers around the country and an increased danger to the rest.

The class-action lawsuit (Pennie et. al v. Farrkahan et. al) was filed Friday in a federal court in Texas by Sgt. Demetrick Pennie and Larry Klayman. It accuses Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, former Attorney General Eric Holder, Al Sharpton, the Black Lives Matter movement, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, and others of causing “threats, severe bodily injury and/or deaths, future deaths, emotional harm, and imminent fears of death and/or serious bodily harm” to police officers around the country.

Abraham Hamilton III, an attorney and a spokesman for the American Family Association, says they may have a case.

“I would be interested in seeing what type of evidence Sgt. Demetrick Pennie and the plaintiffs have that will allow them to keep all of the named defendants as defendants in the case,” he offers.

Hamilton argues there could be such evidence – “especially when you have one particular defendant who just happens to destroy 30,000 emails, 15,000 of which just happened to be discovered,” he adds.

Bishop E.W. Jackson of the conservative group STAND agrees the defendants named in the lawsuit have caused a terrible racial divide in America – and he contends that they intend to misdirect the public’s attention from a more pressing issue.

Jackson, Bishop E.W. (S.T.A.N.D.)“Five one-thousandths of one percent of the interactions of police officers with black people end up in the death of a suspect,” he states. “Five-thousand black men die every single year in black-on-black crime.”

In that light, Jackson asks: “How many bodies do you have to step over to get to the one that you think is important only because a police officer was involved?”

Klayman, the founder of Freedom Watch, argues the lawsuit could have national implications. “While the case was filed in Texas, it will create precedent around the nation that law enforcement, which ironically protects the very persons who are alleged to have incited this violence, should be respected,” he says in a press release.

Also named in the lawsuit are leftist billionaire George Soros and the New Black Panthers Party.

Pennie and Klayman are suing for between $500 million and $1.5 billion.
