April 14, 2017
(VERO BEACH, FLA) In Rogozin’s video tweeted Friday from his verified account he showed a humanoid robot named F.E.D.O.R., which stands for Final Experimental Demonstration Object Research, successfully aiming and pulling the trigger of a pistol in each of its hands, and hitting a target approximately 25 ft away.
Rogozin captioned the video “Russian fighting robots-guys with iron nature,” and added in a series of tweets Thursday on the subject of Russia’s autonomous robotic warfare development:
“The robot platform of the F.E.D.O.R. showed skills of firing using both arms. Currently the work on fine motor skills and decision-making algorithms are underway. Combat Robotics is key to making intelligent machines. It concerns including aviation and space. Training in shooting is a way of teaching machines to allocate priorities and instantly make decisions. We are not creating a terminator, but artificial intelligence which will have a great practical importance in various fields.”
On March 31st Russia’s Roscosmos State Space Corporation announced that F.E.D.O.R would pilot the first unmanned next-generation space flight to the moon by 2021.
“The unmanned launch and autonomous flight of our new spacecraft will take place in 2021, it is expected, and all relevant decisions have already been made, that robot Fedor will be the first pilot,” Roscosmos craft designer Yevgeny Mikrin said.
On the March 16th and 17th editions of TRUNEWS, Rick Wiles discusses the accelerating development of artificial intelligent systems and how the end goal is a ubiquitously connected Global Brain which controls the world through a strict Agenda 2030 compliance protocol.
