Deerfield High School student Sorrel Rosin – who is a self-proclaimed “genderqueer” and “pansexual” – is being awarded the John F. Kennedy Medal of Honor because he is advocating for more coed bathrooms.

Illinois Family Institute Cultural Issues Writer Laurie Higgins maintains that the faculty members who voted for Rosin are irresponsible.

“They do not deserve to be in positions where they train up children the way where they should go,” Higgins argued.  “They are not suitable to be teachers – even if they’re really excellent academic teachers – as long as they’re doing things like this and voting [for] an award for excellence in courage [to go] to a student who cross-dresses at school.”

The pro-family advocate believes that this is one more example of why Christian parents should seriously consider pulling their children out of public schools.

“Churches need to either create affordable schools for Christian kids, or they need to have funds available for any parents who want to pull their kids out and send them to Christian private schools,” she insisted. best e cig 2023

Higgins believes that instead of voting for Rosin, the committee could have found a student who demonstrated courage in the service of a goal that all families could have viewed as worthy of the award.
