8-year old Paige Vazquez proves that big gifts sometimes do come in little packages. A picture of this beauty of a child praying for officers at a San Antonio restaurant has gone viral. She describes her actions that day as an urge that Jesus puts in her heart and she can “just feel it”. What she didn’t know at the time was that the officers were mourning the loss of a colleague and needed that prayer more than ever that day. Officer Miguel Moreno was laid to rest the day before Paige met the officers.

Fox 29 in San Antonio reports that the 8-year-old was eating with family members at Luby’s on 911 Main Street, when she noticed 8  officers nearby. Vazquez briefly joined the officers for a prayer, while her Grandma snapped a photo from a distance. TRUNEWS’ Fior Hernandez spoke with the little prayer warrior and her mom Kat Garcia.
