Police: Parliament attack being treated as terrorist incident

UPDATE [13:44 ET] The Daily Mirror has released the first picture of a man believed to be one of the attackers on Parliament. The man appears to be a middle aged and asian in decent. A knife was also pictured under the foot of a police officer pulling security over the body, which was on a ambulatory stretcher.
RT and the Drudge Report have also posted the picture.

UPDATE [12:53 ET] Scotland Yard Commander BJ Harrington told press a full counter terror investigation is underway, and that additional officers are deployed across London.
Craig Mackey, the acting head of the Metropolitan Police, was at the scene and while uninjured is a “significant witness”.
British Prime Minister Theresa May is back in Downing Street and is “monitoring the situation”. She’ll be chairing emergency COBR meeting later today.
