Johnson: ‘We Have An Informant’
January 24, 2018
Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) confirmed to FOX News Channel host Bret Baier there is a “secret society” within the upper echelons of the FBI that has been conspiring against President Donald Trump.
The chairman opened his brief appearance by saying his committee wants more information, and that he wants to know why five months’ worth of text messages between FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok and his paramour, FBI attorney Lisa Page, are missing. He noted that orders to preserve evidence were sent to Google, Verizon, telephone companies, and others in the private sector.
“This is all about making sure that whatever information is out there is preserved that eventually the American people understand exactly what happened inside the highest levels of the FBI.” he added.
Baier asked if Johnson was buying the FBI’s explanation for the loss of the text messages. He said he’s highly suspicious, adding texts prove evidence of “corruption at the highest levels of the FBI.”
Then, he dropped this bombshell:
“That secret society, we have an informant that’s talking about a group that was holding secret meetings offsite.”
Baier asked for clarification, and Johnson confirmed his informant had provided proof of the secret group.
