The implementation of new transgender military policies that were put in place by former President Barack Obama did not end on his last day in office, as biological females showering with biological males is just the beginning.

“That’s just one of the mind-blowing changes the Army is bracing for on July 1st, along with ‘male pregnancies’ and taxpayer-funded gender reassignment,” the Family Research Council (FRC) reported. “Unfortunately, this will be the new normal for the U.S. military – until the Trump administration steps in and frees the Pentagon from the grip of the Obama years.”

Obama still deconstructing the military

Obama’s homosexual activism will evidently effect the military well into the future.

“The social extremism that characterized the last eight years still haunts the Defense Department at a time when the military can least afford it,” FRC President Tony Perkins warned. “With ISIS torching its way across the Middle East, our troops shouldn’t be torn between its role securing America and securing the Left’s radical social agenda.”

Perkins is imploring Commander-in-Chief Donald Trump to take evasive action concerning the pro-LGBT policies about to be enforced.

“The administration needs to decide: does it want an army of cultural guinea pigs or a lethal force defending America?” he asked. “Because the latest crises prove that our military can’t – and shouldn’t have to – do both.”

With just a couple weeks before Obama’s pro-LGBT legacy assumes a tighter grasp on the U.S. Armed Forces, it is too late to stop his latest installment of social engineering in the military, as the Army is already readying its ranks for the compromising policies – policies that most military personnel and conservatives hope will be short-lived.

“In slides released by branch leaders yesterday, Americans got a taste of how far the military has departed from the proud warfighting traditions of the past,” Perkins informed. “In perhaps the most shocking development, soldiers are advised that they ‘must accept living and working conditions that are often austere, primitive, and characterized by little or no privacy.’”

Whether they like it or not, real women in the military will have to shower and dress next to men posing as fake women – unless their superiors deem their extreme anxiety warrants excusing them from such compromising encounters.

“Among other things, service members are ordered to use the billeting, bathroom, and shower facilities associated with their ‘gender marker,’” the conservative leader noted. “If women express discomfort ‘showering with a female who has male genitalia,’ it will be up to the commander to make accommodations – or not.

FRC’s Lt. General Jerry Boykin (U.S. Army-Ret.) explained that biological women soldiers will not be offered the “luxury” of possibly removing themselves from such uncomfortable situations under a number of circumstances, such as when they are in infantry units or battle scenarios – when leadership is not allotted extra time to devise new and safe bathing arrangements.

“Given that America doesn’t have a strategy to defeat ISIS or win the war in Afghanistan, it seems to me that we should be spending our time and resources defeating terrorists, instead of paying people to come up with ridiculous policies like this one,” Boykin stressed. “It does nothing to improve readiness or to fight and win the nation’s wars — which is the only question leaders should care about.”

The exorbitant amount of taxpayer dollars used to implement such accommodations for a small number of gender-confused soldiers continues to bewilder Perkins.

“Just think of the millions of dollars it took to develop and implement this training for every soldier and civilian employed by the Army,” FRC’s president pondered. “And every cent spent on this politically correct exercise is money that could have gone to preparing troops for war. Every second wasted in transgender etiquette is time that could have been spent on the rifle range or in real training.”

He saw no benefit in exposing military personnel to greater risk by implementing a pro-LGBT policy that will increase women’s chances of becoming victims of sexual predators who are disguised as transgenders – a scenario that has been repeated time and time again inside of the dressing rooms at Targets across the nation.

“What’s worse, sexual assault and rape are already sky-high in the military,” Perkins continued. “Surely, the DOD’s answer isn’t throwing open the women’s showers to naked men. That’s not only dangerous, but degrading. In the real world, public indecency is a crime. No man can walk down the street and expose himself to women. But in the military, we’re going to say this is the price of ‘inclusivity?’ It’s absurd.”

Perkins’ paternal instincts got the better of him after analyzing the scenarios taking place in Army facilities.

“As the dad of three daughters, I can tell you that if this policy is implemented, I’ll be like the millions of other fathers and grandfathers who would never recommend that their daughters enter the military,” the Christian father shared. “And in an Army that’s shrunk to World War II levels, that’ll hurt both recruiting and retention.”

Making it a civil rights issue

Opposition to the radical pro-LGBT was strongly condemned by a top LGBT advocacy group, which insisted that a delay in implementing Obama’s transgender military policies at the beginning of next month is “unacceptable.” American Military Partner Association (AMPA) President Ashley Broadway-Mack insisted that any postponement would give the LGBT community a “deeply alarming signal” from the Trump administration.

“Thousands of transgender service members are openly and proudly serving our nation today, and there is no reason not to move forward with the timeline as planned now for nearly a year,” Broadway-Mack and her organization communicated in a statement, according to the Military Times. “Any applicant, regardless of gender identity, who is qualified and willing to serve should be allowed to do so.”

Not stopping there

As if the controversial transgender policy were not enough, the military went one step further – compliments Obama. Perkins shared one of the sample vignettes shown at the transgender training depicting the Army’s policy on “male pregnancy,” as troops were instructed to visualize the following scenario:

“[Imagine that a soldier has] complete Army gender transition from female to male as indicated in DEERS,” Perkins recounted from the vignette. “The soldier did not have sex reassignment surgery, and recently stopped taking male hormones in order to try and start a family. Today, the soldier approached his commanding offer to discuss his newly confirmed pregnancy. [Here at the Army, all] transgender soldiers will be treated the same as any other soldier with a given medical condition. [In other words,] all pregnant soldiers will receive prenatal care and are entitled to all relevant medical care, administrative entitlements, and leave prescribed under service policies. Commanders and units will comply with all policies related to pregnant soldiers.”

Perkins expressed amazement at this new way of thinking in the military.

“No wonder the Army and Marine Corps have asked for a two-year delay on implementing the guidance!” he exclaimed. “They’ll need that time to add paternity wards!”

The evangelical leader ended with a call to the new commander-in-chief to lead the military in an about-face away from Obama’s detrimental pro-LGBT military policies that he considers politically correct and militarily – and morally – wrong.

“The moral landmines left behind by Obama are about to detonate – and in 15 days, when America officially rolls out the red carpet for a group of emotionally unstable recruits, the effects will be catastrophic,” Perkins concluded. “Of course, the good news is that putting the brakes on this distraction is as easy as issuing a memo. If Donald Trump and Secretary Mattis truly care about rebuilding the military, they have two weeks to prove it.”

To stick or not to stick?

Pro-LGBT activists attempt to use Title IX – which bans sex discrimination in education – to push their agenda forward, but the courts are yet to determine whether gender identity in included in it.

Countering Obama’s pro-LGBT claim that sex discrimination includes gender identity issues, Attorney General Jeff Sessions argued that the former president was reaching.

“[The Obama guidelines] did not contain sufficient legal analysis or explain how the interpretation was consistent with the language of Title IX,” Sessions contended in a statement he issued in February, according to Reuters.

Opposing the Trump administration’s attempt to reanalyze Obama’s pro-LGBT interpretation, New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman promised that he would see to it that so-called Title IX protections in the Empire State are enforced.

“President Trump’s decision to rescind anti-discrimination protections for transgender students is yet another cruel move by an administration committed to divisive policies that roll back the clock on civil rights,” Schneiderman stated earlier this year, Reuters reported.

Lambda Legal Chief Executive Rachel Tiven expressed anger over Trump’s attempts earlier this year to protect vulnerable women and children from transgenders in public facilities.

“We all know that Donald Trump is a bully, but his attack on transgender children today is a new low,” Tiven said on February 23, according to Reuters.

However, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has spearheaded a lawsuit against the Obama administration’s “guidance” on transgender policies, and the Republican was quite vocal in his accolades for the Trump administration’s action early in the year to counter the LGBT community’s privileges in public facilities.

“Our fight over the bathroom directive has always been about former President Obama’s attempt to bypass Congress and rewrite the laws to fit his political agenda for radical social change,” Paxton declared in February, according to Reuters.

Perkins and other conservatives are hopeful that Trump will follow suit in the remaining days of July and be tough on the infiltration of Obama’s pro-transgender policies from public schools into the military.
