Israel ID’s killed ‘peaceful’ protesters as terrorists
Responding to Friday’s Gaza uprising staged by more than 30,000 Palestinians on Israel’s border, which Hamas – the jihadist group running the Palestinian government – declared as “the beginning” of the recapturing of “all of Palestine,” Israel Defense Forces (IDF) troops returned the rioters’ fire, with dozens of militant Palestinian demonstrators being wounded during the rekindled longstanding conflict.
“The violent clash killed five members of the military arm of Hamas – an Islamic terrorist group that rules the Gaza Strip,” TheBlaze reported. “The protest – called March of Return – is part of a Palestinian movement that seeks to reclaim land their ancestors fled during Israel’s 1948 War of Independence.”
Besides opening fire on the IDF, violent Palestinian protesters reportedly threw three firebombs, along with stones on the Jewish troops – with some of the Islamic militants rolling burning tires at them.
Manipulating the media
Even though the IDF was reportedly responding to gunfire directed at them from Palestinian militants, Abbas was true to form by portraying the Palestinians as being victimized by Israeli soldiers – allegedly trying to turn the Palestinian-incited uprising into opportunity to gain international sympathy.
“Abbas has declared Saturday a ‘day of national mourning’ to commemorate the Palestinians killed during the demonstration Friday,” WND reported. “His ruling Fatah party charged Israel carried out a ‘massacre’ against the ‘peaceful’ Gaza protests.”
Yet the Israeli daily, YnetNews, released an IDF statement divulging that two of the 16 Palestinians fatally shot were Islamic terrorists belonging to Hama’s elite Nukhba force – identifying each of the deceased as 18–30-year-old terror activists.
Abbas’ claim of unwarranted Israeli violence was also shot down by an IDF spokesman, who asserted that Hamas intentionally set up the demonstration on Friday to wage its terrorist attacks on Israel. He said this before issuing the warning that Israel will exercise a no-tolerance retaliation to any attack staged around the border fence that turns the area into an arena for terror, according to the Jerusalem Post.
IDF Spokesman and Israel Brig. Gen. Ronen Manelis asserted that all 16 of the Palestinians killed were engaged in acts of violence, adding that the number of Palestinians injured was grossly overrepresented in order to lure more Palestinian sympathizers against Israel.
“[Gaza health officials have] exaggerated the number of those wounded, [as] several dozen – at most – were injured by live fire, while the rest were merely shaken up by tear gas and other riot dispersal means,” Manelis told the Times of Israel. “[The IDF faced] a violent, terrorist demonstration [at six points along the security fence] …”
Call to destroy the Jewish State
The Palestinian protesters were called to violence against Israel by Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.
“March of Return [is a declaration] that our people will not agree to keep the right of return only as a slogan,” Haniyeh declared during his speech staged at the massive protest, according to WND.
The call for rebellion goes back 70 years – to when Israel returned as a nation after its people were disbanded around the world for two millennia.
“The Palestinians insist the refugees who fled during the 1948 war that Arab nations initiated upon Israel’s independence have a sacred right to return to their property,” WND’s Art Moore informed. “The Arab nations, however, had instructed the Palestinians to temporarily evacuate, promising they could return to their homes after the Arab plan to destroy the Jewish State was carried out.”
Just before Friday’s violent exchange took place, the world was alerted to Hamas’ true militant intentions against Israel – in the guise of a “peaceful” demonstration.
“The Palestinian terrorist group Hamas is planning a mass demonstration along Israel’s border on Friday, prompting fears of a new war with the Jewish State ahead of the Passover holiday, according to regional experts and U.S. officials who say they are closely monitoring the situation,” a Thursday report from the Washington Free Beacon warned. “On the heels of a recent military exercise that observers described as ‘unprecedented,’ Hamas leaders have called for some 100,000 Gaza Strip residents to engage in six weeks of mass demonstrations along the Israeli border as Jewish families gear up for the Passover holiday, which begins Friday evening.”
The calculated uprising is only in its early stages, as militants continue to mobilize.
“Regional experts closely tracking the situation say the demonstrations are meant as cover for a mass military campaign to swarm Israel’s border and stoke violence against the Jewish state,” the Washington Free Beacon’s Adam Kredo noted.
Message to America
The terrorist-inspired uprising was also in retaliation to President Donald Trump’s planned move to relocate the United States’ embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem in several weeks to acknowledge the legitimacy of the Holy City as Israel’s official capital city.
“Speaking in Arabic, the Hamas leader said Friday the protest also was a message to President Trump that the Palestinians will not give up their right to Jerusalem and ‘Palestine’ – a reference to the recent U.S. decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital,” Moore recounted.
Haniyeh sent the stern message that there will be no compromise and that his people will not stop attacking Israel until it is defeated – and the Palestinians take over the land.
“[There is] no solution without the right of return, [and the Palestinians] will never recognize the Zionist entity and will never give up on Palestinian land, and on Jerusalem,” the Palestinian terrorist leader insisted, according to WND. “[All of] Jerusalem is ours, and there is no solution without the right of return.”
Stop at nothing … besides total takeover
Wanting much more than just Eastern Jerusalem and its occupied territories, Palestinians want to take over all of Israel – displacing the Jewish people from their homeland that was designated to them by God through Scripture.
“Hamas – which is designated by the United States as a foreign terrorist organization – believes Palestine comprises not only the disputed territories of the West Bank and Gaza, but all of the state of Israel,” Moore explained.
In fact, it is proclaimed that Islam will “obliterate” Israel in the Hamas charter:
“Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it,” the Hamas charter declares, according to WND.
The conflict and violence are not expected to dissipate any time soon, as Palestinians have planned to camp out at the border area in militant displays to stake their alleged claim to the land that was designated by the God of the Bible as belonging to the nation of Israel.
“Hamas intends its ‘March of Return’ to be the beginning of a six-week tent protest at the Israeli security fence – culminating in the 70th anniversary of the founding of the state of Israel on May 15,” Moore pointed out. “Palestinians mark that anniversary as the ‘Nakba,’ or ‘catastrophe.’”
