Sadness fills our hearts for those killed and injured!

Chaos and gunfire in Colorado Springs, Colorado on Friday; a gunman firing on officers from inside a Planned Parenthood clinic before surrendering to police.  Three people are confirmed dead, including one police officer.  At least eleven people were injured in the hours-long siege, including five police officers.  Lt. Catherine Buckley of the Colorado Springs Police Department telling reporters at a news conference that the gunman was described as wearing a long coat and armed with a rifle.  It is not known if the gunman was among the wounded.   It’s also not immediately known if the Planned Parenthood building was the shooter’s ultimate target or if he just wound up there.  The clinic was open for business on Friday.  One officer reporting on his radio that the gunman shot out the back window of his patrol car as the officer tried to get a good look at the suspect.
