Harris County Court has moved to drop all remaining felony charges against the President of the Center for Medical Progress, David Daleiden.

Peter Breen, Thomas More Society attorney for David Daleiden reports that Harris County has moved to dismiss the remaining felony charges on basis of his attorneys’ motion to quash, due to the invalidity of the grand jury that issued the indictment.

Attorney Peter Breen told TRUNEWS:

”Today’s dismissal in Houston is a huge win for the First Amendment rights of undercover journalists. David Daleiden used standard undercover journalism techniques and followed all applicable laws in doing so. This meritless and retaliatory prosecution should never have been brought. Planned Parenthood did wrong here, not David Daleiden.”
