NKorea and Iran – ‘soul buddies’ they are
During an appearance on the Fox Business Network, David Rubin – a former mayor of the Israeli city of Shiloh – said he was impressed with Donald Trump’s one-two punch during his U.N. speech this week in which the president put first North Korea and then Iran on notice.
“People need to understand that all the talk about North Korea is directly related to Iran,” said Rubin. “Iran and North Korea [are] soul buddies and they’re working together to aid each other’s nuclear programs.
“The Iranians are providing the technical know-how and the North Koreans are getting ready to strike. And believe me, what is happening with North Korea right now is just a rehearsal for what is going to be happening with Iran.”
Rubin doesn’t expect that more sanctions are going to stop either North Korea or Iran.
“… The military option, in this case with Iran and North Korea, is the only option. It’s the only option that’s going to work,” he told Fox host Stuart Varney (see video below). “They should continue [sanctions] to weaken North Korea and to weaken Iran – but sanctions are not going to stop these two countries from acquiring and eventually trying to use nuclear weapons.”
