Christian students taught to pray at mosque field trip
After the video was exposed, angry parents demanded that the school immediately change its curriculum, which currently mandates that students get acquainted with other religions by doing such things as learning to pray at Muslim mosques:
“[Students must] learn the main points about the religions, which play a big role in the multicultural Dutch society,” the current curriculum reads, according to The London Express.
Submit to the curriculum and pray
The school-led student excursion took place at Ghulzar e Madina mosque in the town of Zwolle – the Muslim house of worship where radical Islamic imams from Pakistan have reportedly visited.
One of the Islamic preachers who frequented the mosque, M Anas Noorani Siddiqui, has promoted the death penalty for anyone who insults the Islamic prophet Muhammad. He has been outspoken about his distaste for infidels in the Netherlands.
“[The] non-Islamic Dutch behave like dogs and …” Siddiqui stated, as indicated by the London daily.
One such Muslim leader showed the elementary school students how to bow down and worship the Muslim god, Allah.
“In the footage, the Imam of the mosque is seen explaining to youngsters how Muslims pray, with the boys and girls separated to either side of the room,” The London Express reported. “The children – most of whom are thought to be Christians – are instructed to put their ‘elbows on the ground’ and ‘put your hands close to your ears.’”
Don’t submit to the schools or Allah …
The video, which was discovered by Harm Beertema – a Dutch lawmaker who serves with Geert Wilders’ far-Right Party for Freedom – is believed to have been recorded at least several months ago. The patriotic conservative advised schools in the Netherlands not to repeat what was seen on the video.
“[Do not to participate in] so-called politically correct activities,” Beertema urged Dutch school officials.
The 64-year-old political activist and former teacher issued a public warning to parents, as well, instructing them to boycott any visits to mosques that their children’s schools have planned.
“Refuse to allow your child to participate in such ‘away-with-our-culture’ excursions,” Beertema directed. “You are deciding, not the school.”
Not the first time …
A social media frenzy has been witnessed as a result of the posted video, which incited hundreds of users to speak out against the school’s coercion of its students, with many sharing their own accounts of “politically correct school curriculum” being implemented at their own children’s schools.
“I recently found out my son was forced to sing ‘welcome, welcome refugee’ instead of Christmas songs,” one parent posted.
Another account by a teacher reported that education inspectors visited his school and raised a flag, reporting that “Year 4 classes have not visited a mosque yet.”
A teacher said that his school was visited by education inspectors who raised a flag and reported “Year 4 classes have not visited a mosque yet,” insisting that a visit in the near future was in order.
It was also reported by the London paper that the student visitation to the mosque was not the first … and probably will not be the last.
“The video of the mosque visit comes after outraged parents slammed officials in July after discovering in a video that a class of primary school children at a Catholic school in the town of Dongen visited a mosque in Rotterdam as part of their school curriculum,” the Express divulged.
